I see clients Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm.
As of June 9, 2018 I'm accepting new clients.
To make an appointment, please have the person seeking counseling/therapy send me a request below with the following information:
1) Days and times you're available;
2) A general idea of what you want to accomplish in therapy (Please write in general terms to limit revealing any specific health information. For example, I want to improve my mood; I want to have better relationships);
3) A summary of your health insurance benefits including the name of your behavioral/mental health insurance, your copay amount, your deductible amount (if you have one).
Because I will need to talk directly to the person seeking therapy before making an appointment, I prefer that any representatives (i.e., parents, spouses/partners, friends) not contact me and pass on this information to the potential client and have that person contact me directly.
